hEDGE is a comprehensive undergraduate finance conference organized by students from the University of Waterloo covering all areas of finance. Students from various universities across Canada attend the conference to learn more about the buy-side and sell-side of finance. In the past, we have had industry leaders such as TD, BMO, Scotiabank, CIBC, Manulife Financial, and the Alberta Investment Management Corporation send speakers and hosted workshops to talk to our students about diverse topics such as private equity, asset management, sales and trading, investment banking, and equity and debt research. This is a great opportunity for our delegates to network with employers from various firms and gain more exposure to the financial services industry.
