GUELPH HOSTS ENTERPRIZE:
A CENTRAL REGIONAL BUSINESS PLAN COMPETITION

The University of Guelph would like to announce that they will be hosting the 2011 Central Regional Enterprize Business Plan Competition. Established in 2001, Enterprize is Canada’s largest student-run entrepreneurial competition. The 2011 Enterprize Business Plan Competition is catered toward aspiring entrepreneurs as well as promising undergraduate and graduate students from diverse faculties. Teams are required to have their business plan abstracts completed and submitted by December 3rd. The National Board of judges will start reviewing the abstracts in order to qualify 10 teams per region to proceed to the following round and present their business plans at the Central Regional Competition in Guelph; January 14th 2011. From there, the top three teams will advance to the National Competition held at the University of British Columbia (February 10th – 12th 2011) where they will represent the Central Region as they compete for cash grants to further materialize their business plans.
