Guelph does JDCC!!
After a semester long of preparation and planning the CMESA in collaboration with the CME sent the very first Guelph half team delegation to JDCC, an annual business conference and competition http://jdccentral.ca/. This year the conference is hosted by Carleton University, and our Guelph crew captain by Alexis Butty and Chelsea Galoni took off bright and early this morning, Friday January 20th, 2012. We sent teams to compete in the following academic areas, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources. In addition we recruited a group of CME students to compete in the Social challenges, hyped up to be quite entertaining. We wish our team all the best this weekend and look forward to sending a full team delegation to next years conference.
